OK so I bought jacket potatoe with cheese and beans served with side salad . If it wasn't for the mound of lettuce leaves I would have had no filling for potatoe the cheese was about 6 grated strands and the beans about a teaspoon full . Won't be back

Visited the Durham Arnison cafe this morning for breakfast and the eggs on all 3 meals were not cooked and had uncooked egg white and yolks. So we sent them back. It was obvious the cook chose to just microwave the breakfasts we sent back as they returned looking the same and disgusting. We could not eat them and sent them back again and left.

Called today whilst in the area and decided to try the full cooked breakfast. Couldn?t fault the food for the price paid. Everything cooked as expected and certainly value for money. Wouldn?t hesitate to eat here again

We used to use this store every week & I would use it for petrol regularly. But now they charge for the use of the airline (30p. per 3mins)-cards only!!! On a cold ,frosty morning my arthritic finger couldn't undo the tyre valve caps before the 3minutes expired, so I set off with 3tyres inflated, not condusive to road safety! I can understand their annoyance at expensive repairs,caused by 'stupid' users,but surely genuine customers could just enter a code on the shop receipt or the petrol receipt and continue to use this convenient service. ( or some similar system ) ? Yours regretably An EX customer

The shelves I had bought were really heavy so the man in the warehouse offered to help me carry them to my car, I really appreciated this extra help ! My partner wrote a 5 star review naming this man who helped me ?

Appalling customer service staff. Argos send me a text my click and collect was ready. I get there only to find one item was infact ready for collection. I said, to the member of staff 'that's a bit silly sending me a text saying my order is ready when it is not'\\nTo which her reply was 'if you READ the message is says part one is ready. Which i then read the text to her and it does not mention anything of parts one or two.\\nI received a belligerent reply 'did you check your email' i said 'well, no i had not checked my emails as you had just sent me a text saying it was ready.\\nRather than agreeing with me or empathising with the point i was trying to make about the click and collect process. Her response was, well i can just cancel your order if you want.

Two staff members were laughing on when I approached them. I asked where I could find jam and I got looked up and down. Staff are there to help? More like she was annoyed of me approaching them and Interrupting there chat.

A staff member here was very rude. Too busy on her phone when I asked where something was. Was made too feel it was a hassle to ask for help. Very bad manners some training needed I think.

It was a cold rainy day today so I had my hood up, it was also cold in store. I was looking for birthday cards, when I was approached by the security guard. He told me to take my hood down, I asked why, he replied because I look like a shoplifter and it's for my own safety. So not only has he insulted me he also threatend me. So I took my hood down incase he took further action, which he then still followed me around the shop. I didn't feel safe at all.
