I honestly cannot recommend Lisa at Timpsons Arnison Centre enough. She's an absolutely lovely lady who went above and beyond to make sure an engraving on a special piece of jewellery was perfect. She was so patient and kind and downright wonderful, and the engraving was absolutely spot on. Thank you Lisa. You did a wonderful job and brightened my day too.

I went one evening to get digital passport photographs, Lisa was the lady who served me.The light in the shop was causing slight issues and we must have taken 20 pictures, however Lisa persevered and with some slight tweaks we managed it. Very friendly, chatty and professional and stuck the the task to provide the service, thank you.

Needed to get 2 Flower Girl white Dresses cleaned after accidents with Raspberry Sorbet and Chocolate Cake.Took them to Timpson at Arnison Centre Durham, not expecting a great result. We were so wrong!! Dresses returned to us in pristine condition. Not a trace of the stains remained.A big Thank You to Lisa at the Arnison Centre branch for her excellent friendly approach and guidance.
