What stood out the most was how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the whole process. They even lent us a spare computer so my kids could still play their games while our computer was being repaired. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. They also offered us upgraded parts but understood our budget constraints and instead replaced the broken parts with the exact same ones keeping the price to our budget. “Had my son’s Nintendo Switch OLED fixed after he jammed in the memory card the wrong way in and got it stuck. TaG did a great job fixing it, firstly checking if they could just remove the card and seeing if they was no damage. But in the end they had to replace the card reader as the old memory card could not be removed. Reasonable cost and quick turnaround once the replacement part was ordered. Thank you”

“Great range of designer glasses and sunglasses for all face shapes at reasonable price. I went in to pick out new frames and dealt with Sam in the store. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and adviced on best frame to suit my face. Glasses arrived ahead of schedule and I have recently went back in for frame adjustment to Sam. Again, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Not a bad store for game consoles/controllers but some of the cds/game discs they sell can often be scratched and need cleaning. Not all cex's offer this.Their is only one things I don't agree with and that is that You have to look 25 to buy an 18 game”
