Fabulous customer service. My elderly father bought a chair from them a few months ago and it stopped working over this last weekend, He has had a stroke so his communication ability is not what it used to be and he has difficulty using the right words to describe things. He went into the shop to try and explain what was wrong and they had the time and patience to find out what the actual issue was and sent someone round to his house later the same day to have a look. A new part is on order and a have a happy stress free dad. Thank you very much for the care you took to help my dad.

Furniture is really good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and are well informed.It's nice to walk around and know they are there if needed. Nothing is too much trouble and always pleasant.
