“The views across the marina to the Trincomalee make the visit to the hotel a joy. The bed was superbly comfortable. Decor is pleasant. We had excellent breakfasts. Staff are helpful and friendly. The glasses and mugs in our room were not clean. I could scrape the dirt off a glass with a fingernail. (Reported to reception and apology received.) The free wifi was very off and on. The restaurant needs to upgrade its dishwasher as all the crockery had a rough feel, and some pieces were visibly dirty. Otherwise, a very happy stay in a beautiful spot.Rooms: Pleasant room. Fabulous view.Nearby activities: The Trncamolee is worth visiting. There is a naval museum. There is a cinema nearby plus a Mecca centre.Walkability: There is plenty to walk around including the whole fock plus limited access to beaches.Food & drinks: The restaurants and bars on the opposite side of the marina are a little jaded. The Indian serves excellent food.”

“I had a lovely Stay here, Up on the Top Floor. Very private room with entrance Hallway and Ensuite. Very close to the Train Station, I used it as a Base for lot's of Day's Out. Friendly Staff and Clean Room's”
