The staff in here are so slow it?s unbelievable, stood in a queue today for ten minutes while the woman on the till dealt with one customer, there was 4 or 5 other customers in the queue yet no other staff appeared to help out, to the point where I just had to walk out because I couldn?t afford to wait any longer.It is unacceptable in the day and age of self service tills, that we still have to put up with this sort of bad customer service.

Clean shop with wide range of products and helpful staff, with sites at Middleton Grange, Tees Bay and Winterbottom Avenue. The latter 2 shops also have free parking. At the moment there are special multi buy offers. Including 3/4 for £3.Shop layouts are spacious although could possibly do with more staff on shop floor at busier times.

Good place to get all the restaurant food like Frankie and Bennies etc even Gregg's without the added on expense of going out and in these unprecedented times that can be a bonus. The pizzas are good value, and some of the deals are worth picking up but like everything else it depends on the person to whether the deals are worth it. Fruit is expensive as is the fresh meat. if you go along just after new year stock up on reduced price Christmas Party food.
