First time visit. Pleasant guy advising what to do but the wheels on my car were still filthy and I had to hand wash them myself when I got home so bit of a waste of £6.50?

Would not recommend expensive and poor customer service. Have been before in Stockton IMO car wash was much more pleasant experience and the car was washed better then in Hartlepool.

Unpleasent/aggressive car wash assistant. Never a good experience coming here, once got shouted out because my bonnet was about 10cm past the Stop sign. Most recently asked if I could pay by card which the reply was "yes", proceeded to get the machine then I said can you scan my app first please to which the reply was "why didn't you tell me that before" the guy had to take about 3 steps back in the hut to get it. Poor pre wash on the car and still plenty of dirt on it for £14. Save your money

My car is MINI Cooper , so some miss is alloy wheels are not full clean as a bit little dirty. Maybe hard reach to deep alloy wheels clean?

Just been in the car wash, paid £6.50 which is quite expensive for a pensioner. After going straight home 1 mile away, getting out the car I noticed the front was still full of flies, the wheels were still filthy, had never been touched.....WON'T BE BACK!!!Forgot to mention the old guy's a cantagerous old git.
