Done our carpet and passage with vinyl . Cut with a blindfold on by the looks of it . Carpet too short ?needs stretching ? Complained , waited 3 weeks for tall bald man to come out not their problem he said it?s the fitters ? mulgrave carpets fitters he means by this . Vinyl laid over nails and screws ! And splitting ! Avoid at all costs ! Cowboy traders finest work ! Wilton avenue job it was lads ?? Should have been 0 stars but had to give 1 ! Avoid at all costs !

Staff are always really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Has an extensive range of carpet, LVT, lino laminate, and more we never use any other flooring provider than here plusnits family owned so you always feel like you're getting a better service than some of the chain companies too.

5 star service from the staff in the shop, very friendly, will give you great advice and suggestions regarding what you are wanting and willing to help in any way they can. Saved us £1500 when comparing it to other quotes. Absolutely lovely bunch of people!Blokes who came to fit it however were very rude when speaking to me and was practically pushed out of the door as soon as they came in. I stayed with my neighbour while they were working and we got constant knocks on the door telling me to go and make him another cuppa despite me telling them to just feel free to help themselves as I had my daughter to see to. also took more off me than the price I was told I needed to pay them because he didn't have change and "we've had 5 hours of their work anyway so it's only fair" along with a few other issues with them. Can't fault their work though the carpets are perfect but as for customer service skills- not very professional unlike those in the shop.Would still buy from here again though but just leave my husband to deal with the fitters next time ?

Needed a new caravan carpet went here picked a really good quality carpet was cut binded and ready to pick up in 1 hour friendly staff and well priced will be back again soon
