The staff in M&S are always well trained and helpful. Could not find the shorts and assist helped me locate them.Service at the till good and polite. Nice layout and space to walk around.

Phoned the store to ask if they had a specific shirt in stock. Had absolutely zero expectations of it being answered, thought it'd be redirected or I'd get an automated message like most places, but it was and the lady on phone couldn't have been more helpful. They put it aside for me and saved the day!!! Brilliant service.
