Visited the store on a busy Saturday, witnessed four members staff standing talking at the back corner of the store offering no welcome, service or assistance in anyway. After standing around for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged whilst holding a pair of boots to be clearly purchased, I left. Without the purchase.Dreadful store and even worse "customer service", mannequins would offer a better service.

Bought a pair of brown suede shoes for £49.99 in February before travelling to London the next day.
In October I noticed the soles on both shoes had split across from side to side and were starting to come away from the rest of the shoe.
Not very good quality at all.

Good prices compared high street but a limited range of each brand to choose from. Worth a look thou.
