“Plenty of equipment over three floors, it isn’t over crowded and so far have I been able to get on whatever equipment I want to use without waiting, price is excellent too includes swimming and classes, bargain!!!”

“Good gym. All your machines, dumbbell and different areas for different workouts under one roof ?. Spinning, cardio, heavy lifting, bikes, functional, etc. I myself done dumbbells area with the bench. Great choice of different weights. I think there is sauna as well but not sure. Still to be determined”

“I can only speak on the part with the pub as that's currently the only part I've been to. Nice little pub was quiet when I went in. It was decently priced. Nice very polite staff. The food was nice and had a good game of pool.”

The centre was opened in 1974 and has facilities for swimming, exercise, an indoor climbing wall, and a main sports hall for sports such as basketball, badminton and indoor football. This weekend it hosted the 2023 English Acrobatic Championships. Helpful and friendly staff.”
