Shocking service. Food made to be just left sitting 30 mins to go cold. Make the food when the courier gets there! They do this at Dalton Park Mcdonalds. The service at Peterlee is a joke, always have problems with them. Not be going again. And it's not the people delivering its the resturant!

I can't count how many times I've ordered online for these clowns to get it wrong each time, it's always Peterlee that get it wrong!.I Ordered a meal and they missed out not one but two of the chips from them. Two! How can you do that? Does anyone that work their know how to read orders properly. My meal was cold, we pay for meals that come half done, the prices are stupid for what you receive. Peterlee can do 1, I'll go elsewhere.

Honest everytime I order from them the delivery is wrong and short. Think this is the 3rd time this year it?s happened. 2 days ago my order arrived 35mins late cold 2 double cheese burger short and 1 milkshake. Your serving 2 meals why wouldThat not include 2 drinks!

Terrible service, very slow, had to order on the machine and get table service as i couldn?t get anywhere near the counter never mind with a wheelchair. Just Eat/Uber Eats type delivery people everywhere!

Too many delivery men standing at counter with bags all over the floor.they park anywhere and drive in the wrong way.they will not move when staff ask them and said they will ignore staff.i witnessed a chap picking up his order and tripping over their bags.please do something about this.Parking: Far too many delivery men
