I joined East Coast Fitness around 4 weeks ago and so far I?ve thoroughly enjoyed the sessions especially boxercise. Small motivational classes with a choice of low or high intensity sessions. I?m hopefully trying one of the 6am sessions this week! I can thoroughly recommend East Coast Fitness ?

Although I can?t compare it with anywhere else as it?s took me 60 years before I joined a gym. However the staff and fellow gym members are so supportive, non-judgmental and so encouraging it makes me want to keep up with my fitness journey. Would I recommend to others? Absolutely.

Hi everyone I've been going to east coast fitness now for 4weeks doing the workouts it is a friendly place to go and everyone is just like family making you feel very welcome.

Easy to arrange membership.All access was granted to everything immediately. The gym is modern, tidy, well setup and clean. The equipment on offer is second to none. Even the hand sanitiser smells good! Graham booked me in for a programme quickly and I started it straight away. The trainers are friendly and supportive. The classes are excellent and fly over, averaging 350/ 450 calories burnt in each session.

Just joined East Coast Fitness. Really enjoying it so far. Lovely gym and classes are great too. Really worth a look if you want to get healthy!

This little gym is amazing, 4 private stations so you're never waiting for equipment, the staff are great too, plus you can train whenever suits you, easy booking through the app

I joined East Coast Fitness on a personal training membership a month ago and I?m really enjoying my journey back to being fitter and healthier. Graham is professional, supportive and highly motivating. Training in a private gym has really helped me to rebuild confidence and feel much more positive about working out. I thoroughly recommend East Coast Fitness.

I am not a person who has ever love exercise and fitness, and find big gyms and classes a little intimidating. So I joined East Coast Fitness small group PT where I have studio sessions with 2 or 3 other people, twice a week. We all enjoy the sessions and no two are the same. Graham keeps it all fresh and challenging and can adapt workouts around specific injuries as well. I can definitely see an improvement in my fitness and strength - the proof is in me getting myself there for a 6.45 start, willingly (other times are available)!I?d definitely recommend Graham and East Coast Fitness.

The most amazing environment to lose weight, get fit or just work your stress off, there's something for everyone. I've met some lovely people there and the staff are incredibly supportive, I've lapsed more times than I can remember but Graham has always been very understanding and supportive. The key is consistency and commitment and you can achieve anything you want with any of the programs available at East Coast Fitness!!

Graham has helped me immensely after a long period of not exercising regularly. Small Group PT has changed my focus and realigned my goals to achieve what I want to achieve for myself after having two kids and a busy life with a full time job. Lots of support within the groups and great people to exercise with, we push each other and have a chat and a laugh along the way. The timing is perfect for me, with a variety of times available. It?s a great community to be apart of and something that is teaching my kids great habits and looking after yourself physically and mentally. Thank you so much ??

Ive been going to the Bootcamp sessions at East coast fitness for a couple of years now. Always varied and pitched at the right level. Graham pushes you to achieve your best but without adding undue pressure. East Coast has also created a great community with social and other activities. I would highly recommend East Coast Fitness

You are made to feel welcome from joining. The groups are so friendly and there is no pressure to do more than you can. You can work at your own pace to the set exercises.The private gym sessions are also good as they are limited to 4 people per session to stop overcrowding and a personal plan is worked out to suit you

Absolutely love bootcamp. Graham is a great motivator (and you need to be to get people out of bed and ready to go at 6am!)Would recommend ECF to anyone. Great people, great classes, great fun!

Absolutely love East Coast Fitness Gym. I?ve been going to gyms for years, and have never been to a private gym so I was unsure to begin with but I love it, I?d never go back to a big commercial gym. You can book your sessions on the app, and it tells you how many people are in that session (max of 4 people). I?ve been going for a month and so far have only been in the gym someone else once so I?ve had it mostly to myself which is great. You can hook up to the wifi, connect to the speaker, and blast your own tunes while you workout! Theres tonnes of free parking and great views of the sea which is lovely. Graham is very friendly and helpful, he showed me around before joining, and I feel like I could contact him about any issues or questions I have in the gym. They also offer circuit bootcamp sessions outside which I haven?t tried yet but they look like great fun!
