Attend East Durham fitness due to neck + back stiffness for a massage which is fantastic ,relieves a lot of stiffness and some pain .Not a magic cure bit as we get older we can still manage our health well.Great value and I feel fantastic afterwards ?

Been coming to east durham fitness for 5 months or so now. Its a great place to train with friendly people and trainers are excellent. The workouts really push you to your limits. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic gym. Recent refurbishment is great and the opening of Globo Gym takes the gym to another level, with excellent resistance machines. Wide range of classes, such as functional fitness, studio classes, spinning classes and kids clubs. Coaches are great and make it an easy place to come to each day.
