Very poor experience today. The guy could not scan the app, so I did not get my stamp towards free wash. Paid for triple foam, but only one side was working. Drier, that normally lowers, was not working, so car was still wet when left.

Was told pre-wash wasn't allowed due to Covid restrictions. Wash failed to clean my car and was told "I'd driven through something". Why do you think I wanted it cleaning??? No reduction in price despite reduction in service offered, operator didn't offer any solution, refund or rectification. I would not recommend this outfit to my worst enemy.
