My partners mum came in here for some help with her handset and connection, which was urgently needed due to family healthcare issues.I didn't catch the name, but she fixed the issue, provided extra data for free, totally understood the need and importance of the issue.Even though it was an older phone, absolutely nothing was pushed on her in regards to upgrading.She's came away with a really positive review of the store after a less than ideal experience calling customer services.Thanks!

The queuing system doesn't work! Second time I've been this week, first was 1 hour wait, I didnt have time. Today was a 45min-1 hour wait , I waited 1hour 15 mins went back to shop and was told ot will be another 45 minutes, get a grip on it O2.

Absolutely treated disgusting, went in to do a switch up we were told there would be a 45min wait and they would text. so we went for food ,after an hour we went back as no text was sent .they sat us down and basically said we need to hurry up coz we close at 5 .30 and weather your finished or not you will be asked to leave the whole process I felt like we were in the way and it was an inconvenience to them as they wanted to get finished on time .she told me she saved all my numbers and when I've got home she hadn't, she rushed through the whole process made us feel like we were in the way this isn't how I expect to be treated as a customer of 02 for 6yr if they didn't have time this should of been stated at the time we were told to wait 45min ,in my experience as customer service if we were sat with a customer and it was past the time of closure we wouldn't chase them we would sit and finish and make sure they were 100%happy I think the lack of training in this shop needs to be addressed it's appalling

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!Absolutely appalling service received in the Teeside Park store today.I purchased some air buds in December as a gift and when they were opened there was only a charger and leaflets inside of the box. I rang the store and explained the situation and a colleague (I don?t know his name at the time but this later turned out to be Sam) went and checked that they had the item in stock & said if I called back into store with my receipt then they would swap the item and give me a new product. I called into the store the same night to be confronted by Juniad who said he would go and speak to a manager and come back to me. He left me waiting for approx 15 minutes then came back to tell me that I as they couldn?t find the air buds in store I would need to email off to the complaints dept to ask them for a replacement product as nobody in the store had the authority to deal with it. I explained that as a customer I shouldn?t have to email the complaints team regarding an issue that I purchased in their store !!!Sam then came over and explained that he was the colleague who had spoken to me on the phone and he denied saying that he would replace the product he then added insult to injury by saying I can send the email for you (which I am more than capable of sending an email) the point he was missing was that as a customer I shouldn?t have to email the complaints from about a product they have sold me in store that was completely empty !! Sam & Juniad both said that no Managers were available and they didn?t know when test would be as they didn?t have a schedule for them (which I find very hard to believe !!)This is infringing on my consumer rights and is not the service I expect to receive from O2. The matter will be dealt with accordingly??. and I strongly suggest that the team have a massive overhaul on their customer service training and complaints policy !!!Absolutely shocking !!!

Went there twice in 7 days to get a sim card activated with my PAK code ..First card lasted 2 days second was never activated after 4 days..02 customer service sorted the problem...Never again waste of time and petrol...

I visited the store today with a query about increasing the storage amount on my phone. The two members of staff I dealt with were so helpful and knowledgeable and dealt with my query brilliantly. Thank you so much. There is a lot to be said about dealing with people face to face and that is why I chose o2.

O2 out of 5The staff are friendly, but they have this ridiculous virtual queuing system in place, and it?s not very well organised. I went in once, and the shop was empty, not a customer in sight, and because there were people ahead of me on the virtual queue, they wouldn?t serve me. I entered the queue, and sat outside for 25 minutes?nobody walked in?I received a phone call and they said that they wouldn?t be able to see me today because it was too close to closing time. In the time I sat outside, I could have been seen. My advice to the shop is ditch the ridiculous virtual queue and adopt a first come, first served system.

Super friendly staff. Very attentive to my needs and made sure I left woth a smile
