“We bought a puppy and went to Pets at Home at Teeside and what an experience it was.. 3 members of staff were on, they were due to close but all 3 staff members were absolutely fantastic! They let us continue our shop for our new puppy, advised us of their app so we could save money and explained the other benefits and perks that come with the app, they held our pup so we could focus on what we needed, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, what amazing staff this store has at Teeside, since then we have visited several Pets at Home stores building our pups belongings up but I have to say, Teesside store is by far the most friendly, knowledable branch who advise you and give you information that really helps without even having to ask, things I hadn't even thought of, this made the stress of shopping for a new puppy so enjoyable and relaxing!
