A lovely friendly man told me how much it would cost and told me he may have to improvise after discussing and agreeing he said to call back in 45mins. When I went back my bag was finished he showed me what he'd done, I was very happy with it. When I paid him it was half the price I was quoted and he thanked me for my business.
