Back home in Scotland he discovered that there had been a technical glitch with the do it yourself till and the voucher would not work. Store manager Mike went to great lengths checking out sales records and straightened out the problem for him sending him a new code in order to access his £20.Service above and beyond - thank you Coop!!”

“ Although this store is a long way from where I live, I always pop in on the way past from my yoga class. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store has a lovely atmosphere. As a volunteer for Samaritans we have been allowed to raise funds there a couple of times and they kindly donated something for our National Walk raffle. “Big, spacious, fully stocked. Ample parking. Polite staff. I prefer this one even if it is slightly more expensive than express. Because at least I can get parked and get what I need with no faffing around.Also like the clothing section, haven't used the cafe so can't comment.”

Got asked to use the lift as the escalator woz out of use I asked how far away are there as I'm not very good on my pins . She looked at me and with her head says over there . Not down to the other end of the building. And the girls on the self help tills were not helpful at all . Next time I'll go to Tesco .. they know how to look after the customer.”

“This is a nice shop with very friendly staff that are always there to help you if you can’t find something. It is a smaller shop so they don’t sell everything but they sell all of the basics items you would expect. I would recommend this shop for people as it is good value for money as well.”
