We were offered the try out machine on the bed, he explained all the different types of beds, prices including the special offers plus coffee. There was no pressure what so ever to buy, we came away to confirm the bed size then made our purchase 3 days later. We took the offer to have the mattress taken away and he explained to us how to put the mattress on the cover provided and if we couldnt manage the team would do it for us.
