Went in about 20 minutes ago & this lovely lady helped me and gave me advice about B12, iron & vitamins for energy! She was amazing, very patient with me as I explained what I was after as I was a rabbit in headlights not knowing much?? she had so much knowledge about each product, she explained each vitamin very well to me & recommended me 3 vitamins, I bought all 3! I?m feeling so grateful to have met and talked to her, she was great help & was very helpful & I'm definitely going to be back!!Amazing customer service & had all the knowledge and explained it all in a great way! Xxx

I had to give 1 star, to write this.However it was my intention to rate this particular shop a BIG FAT ZERO.It was my intention to buy some chip seeds today from here, I enquired was my little dog allowed in, as I could not see any no dogs allowed sign on door.My question was met with a BIG NO! And don't step over the door with your dog, It was not my intention. It wasn't so much what was said, BUT HOW YOU SAID IT AND YOUR BODY LANGUAGE.You are doing this shop a discredit.I told hair don't bother looking for the chia seeds.You need training on CUSTMER SERVICE.After all it is US THE CUSTOMER WHOS IS HELPING TO PAY YOUR WAGES.

I came in on Friday lunchtime to enquire about products advised by my GP, and asking for help from a member of staff was one of the worst customer experiences of my life. She was snippy, rude, and disregarded my needs completely.She needs to undergo a customer service course because it was appauling. I didn?t get her name but she had brown hair - other customers be wary!

Come into Beverley with my wife for a day out to pick some biotin tablets up went uptown the counter were was greeted bye 2 assistants which needed a course in customer care and computer basics very rude no social skills whatsoever and the only reason they got a one is because we didn't let it spoil our day Holland and barrett in very big trouble employing staff like them

After 15 years of visiting this local store I will no longer be returning until the dark haired lady who was serving on Fri 11 Sep 2020 around 11am is no longer there. Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful & with an awful attitude, no customer service whatsoever. Such a shame for all the other lovely staff in the shop.

Well stocked shop. Prices can be expensive but they have regular discount offers. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
