I dropped the car off at 8.45 am with a nail in a tyre & was told that it would be 10.00 am before it could be seen. I had some business to attend to nearby & was delighted when I had a telephone call at 9.30 am & collected the car at 10.00 am now equipped with a new tyre.

I wanted to show appreciation for the team in Beverley.In particular the manager Andy.I appreciate good customer service and I needed to appeal a situation following a recent visit. I found the approach taken by Andy to be extremely fair and supportive.I can honestly say the situation was handled professionally and I felt genuinely valued and as someone who had been treated with respect. Good customer service is about empathy and understanding. It?s how people turn potentially negative situations into positive situations by taking ownership and applying a ?how can we resolve this? attitude ? that?s what customers value.These attributes are not as common as they should be in the wider world. This is part of a value proposition that KwikFit have an opportunity to lead on as a USP.Having some experience in this area; I can honestly say Andy turned a detractor into a promoter of KwikFit today and I was so impressed I wanted to leave this review to recognise Andy in how he leads with these values. Thank you Andy!

Booked a tyre inspection way back in December and was told I have about 1000 miles left on tyres . I have monitored this carefully and a week and a half ago I again booked in to have the tyres changed as per the recommendation of the centre manager . That appointment was for today which I took the morning off work yet again to attend this appointment . Only to be told they don?t have the tyres ! So I?m again not able to get booked in with them this week ! Poor communications , what was the pint of me coming to this appointment today ? I gave all the details before I arrived yet it counts for nothing . I will now take my business elsewhere

Manager Chris was superb and is a great asset to the team, I know nothing about cars and people usually see me coming, I have also been going through some financial issues and Chris was sympathetic about my issues and did everything possible to help me, he was polite, super professional made me feel really comfortable.I will only be using this garage from now on for future issues with my car
