Absolutely rubbish lying unhelpful. Miss sold a dongle cancelled dongle over the phone and also went in store to make sure my dongle was cancelled..' Yes it is' I was told! Left my DD active for one month as advised. Guess what 3 months later creditors asking for money.. Contact Vodafone yes I'm told again it cancelled iv even saved the transcript conversion to say cancelled.. Today I received a email for Zinc telling me I owe Vodafone. When I ring Vodafone my account is closed and the store seem to know nothing and don't want to help me.
