I just want to say a huge Thankyou to the guy that helped me at the customer service desk today. I only needed a tap washer of some sort to stop it leaking. Although the like for like product wasn?t available he supplied washers that might work and they did. Problem solved and lovely service. Made me smile. Cheered me up. We?ve had a lot of problems with this that and the other lately. He made my day ?

Went in to buy a kitchen tap. Very helpful man. Got really nice tap & good price. Will definitely go back again if I need anything.
