“The staff in this shop were so helpful when my elderly relative was unable to access the shop for a pair of shoes. He was unable to walk from the car to the shop and when I explained this to the assistant she grabbed a shoe horn and the pair of shoes and walked to the car with me. She tried the shoes on his feet which were swollen and as they fit him well we purchased the shoes which have been very comfortable since. The first drive through shoe shop in the UK. Thank you for being so helpful”

“The layout has changed somewhat since covid began. There is no longer a mens section and if they have a plus size section i was unable to find it. The staff are lovely and friendly. Bit of advice, if your on a phone call finish before entering the store, for some reason service completely dissapears instore haha”
