Thank you SO much to the blonde haired lady closing up tonight (20/10/2022) who let me run in to use the facilities despite being ready to head home for the night. After being stuck in the car in M62 chaos for more than two hours I cannot possibly express my gratitude enough.Above and beyond on her part and despite me likely making her late home she still served me a smile. Thank you Shell for people like this ??
