Used East Riding Pharmacy because Excel couldn't fulfill my prescription for the last 6 months. Rang these guys & spoke to a lovely lady & she spoke to the pharmacist who said no problems, collected the next prescription all ready & lovely professional staff

Absolutely appalling! Why have opening hours from 9am to 9pm if you open and close when you like. This service cannot be relied upon. You're forever letting the community of Hedon down. Lied to by the useless young lady assistant. Told they only had 4 days of antibiotics which would see me through till the rest arrived in 4 days. She either can't read our can't count as I was only given 2 days worth. No answer on the phone when I tried to call multiple times. Went to collect the rest 4 days later and they hadn't even ordered them. Clearly she wanted to go home as the keys were in the door ready to lock up half an hour before the closing time.

They NEVER answer the phone. Been trying for several days from 9 to 6pm. ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Their excuse used to be covid now its they never have a pharmacist on the premises. Useless.

I've always found the staff very helpful,I understand that it's sometimes hard for the pharmacy to have medication in stock ,but a little understanding is needed ,my medication has always been delivered to my door with a smile ,I will always use this pharmacy wonderful staff and very helpful

After looking online for a local late night pharmacy er pharmacy came up open till 23:00 it read driving there for after burn cream arrived 21:00 to find the shutters closed no body there absolute shambles AMEND YOUR OPENING HOURS AND STOP DECEIVING PEOPLE OR CLOSE DOWN ALL TOGETHER IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE
