Been working the 6 week program for around 4 weeks now and I've already seen positive change from weight loss to strength, I can highly recommend, the app is great for booking sessions around work and the coaches are always helpful and mindful in their approach to a persons limitations.

I started the 6 week program and am into my 4th week. I can already feel and am beginning to see the changes. The program includes a full body scan, a diet, as well as fully supervised gym sessions. I have been coming here for over a week and I'm really impressed with the coaching and the overall friendliness of the place. It has such a good atmosphere and I actually want to come to the gym! I never thought it was possible!
