Upholding argos rules and policy is at staffs discretion, including manager. They pick and chose when to ask for ID. Manager also takes great pleasure in informing customers how long refunds takes. Argos need to send a few mystery shoppers into this branches, customer service stinks !!!

This shop its a joke. Not enough staff to work, very long time to wait.If you buy something in shop you are second class customer. All stuff ignoring you and they serve collection points. 45 min waiting for my order.

Check all reviews before you purchase items from this store!!!\\nI wrote a review yesterday and it's been placed at the bottom of the reviews. At first I though it was because it was the last review?... but nup!\\n\\nSo as well as having a heartless thieving manager, the store or company are sly too, ready to deceive you at a time when we are all struggling to make ends meet. If I could give no stars I would because this manager was rude, unprofessional and after reading so many people (Paying customers) complain about manager mandy, how is she still employed? How is she a manager?\\nI have managed shops in retail and I have to say I have never seen anything like what I witnessed by this demon. I don't say this lightly or sarcastically I will genuinely prayer for her soul.\\nTelling 69 Year old lady they won't replace a day old £340 TV because the fault must have been hers and couldn't possibly be a manufacturer issue. She saved for that TV for so long.\\nFinally if your not happy with the service they give you a number to call. The number you call to complain about the manager/service say the can't do a thing it's managers discretion.\\nSO PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BUYING FRI. ARGOS THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE. It's handy because it's so easy to order on line and pick up in store. The vast number of products available is amazing, but you can't inspect before you buy. The staff were extremely helpful and it was a pleasant experience

Correct consumer rights.. Stop sales staff from taking advantage of disabled pensioners, and also allowing returns. Adhering by the following.
Consumer's rights to enforce terms about goods.
Right to reject.
Partial rejection of goods.
Time limit for short-term right to reject.
Right to repair or replacement.
Right to price reduction or final right to reject.
