You wait to get seen , hand prescription in and get told to wait half an hour to see if they even have it in...? Horrendously slow service

The way this pharmacy deals with prescriptions is borderline dangerous. Went to collect a prescription late one day, to be told to come back tomorrow, despite the fact it was sent 5 days previously.Then told today they actually don't have the very common drug I needed and to come back in a couple of days. Why could this not be mentioned the previous time. I also can't go anywhere else as the dispensing was completed so they cannot reprint it to go somewhere else. This now leaves me without a tablet I have to take daily, because of the way prescriptions are dealt with here.I've swapped back to my old pharmacy, and will not be coming here again. Add to that the nearly one hour I was there for a flu jab, despite the appointment time stating 10 minutes.Absolute shambles and like I say, despite the huge queues, borderline dangerous with the delays to get prescriptions. Despite them getting ordered in plenty of time.

Im afraid to say that this pharmacy at the Asda Bilton Store should be shut down. Repeat script not done, over 180 scripts that day, not enough staff, advice from docs to give 2 days for script dispensing, still not available 3 days, now without medication which i should not stop taking, was told to go to another pharmacy, its not there fault blah blah, should not have the contract to dispense if they can not provide the service. Apalling pharmacy, use at your own peril, oh, 1 staff member is inpolite, has no professionalism and is argumentative and rude, way to go Asda, thats the only staff asda can employ.

This pharmacy is totally inadequate !! Every time i pick up my prescription there's a que which is not managed at allAnd when you finally get to the front you're told its not ready come back in an hour or two ? and then que yet again to collect to be told its still not thereOrganisation asda !!

Awful service. Ridiculous queue times only to be told to come back in an hour. Another 20 minute queue on return an hour later only to be told they don?t have any of the medication on the prescription despite having confirmed 2 days prior in store when they didn?t have the required medication that they were getting a delivery and they had ordered it in. A regular occurrence to I?m afraid.

AGAIN , went to collect prescription, sent from Docs on Monday ,its now Thursday. Told "Come back in an hour !" . Yeah, I have all the time in the world, havent I ?...Its usually at least 20mins EVERYTIME!....When i queried why ,was told we dont fulfil until youre at the counter!!...WHAT IS THE POINT OF DOCTOR ADVANCE SENDING PRESCRIPTION AND YET STILL NOT READY WHEN I TURN UP.. No exaggeration, this is every month now. Serious shakeup required,Asda .

Went in on Friday around 18.00 [08.09.23] seems to be new staff on that do not no what they are doing and are rade. She closed the shelves behind the till so could not get what I needed for my son she did not seem to care at all. This is a safety issue in a lot of ways. And was getting prescriptions wrong.

Terrible slow for no real reason people waiting hours for things I myself waiting 55 minutes for 1 inhaler for my son even tho I waited an hour the day before to be told it wasn?t in yet. Just a joke people are this poor at their jobs

The system for filling prescriptions here is inept, long delays , drugs not available poor communication.Moved to a different chemist prescription filled in full within two minutes. Take from that what you will.

Very poor service, Prescription gets sent to them direct from the doctors, go in a week later expecting it to be ready and it's not even been done.

My wife went to pick up a prescription today at 1.15 and was told the pharmacist was on lunch from 1.00 until 2.30, so she drove 5 miles home and returned later to be told they didn't have that particular antibiotic so she had to go to Longhill pharmacy. If they had told her that in her that in the first place we could have a lot of time and petrol. 31/10/22. If I had performed like that when I had my own business I wouldn't have had a business.

It's absolutely atrocious staff lie about waiting times allow friends and relatives to queue jump and when you approach the counter there come up with the most ridicules excuses them go into the back.
