Disgusted .never use the store again.After an hour of trying to find products I wanted finally ready to pay and unable to pay due to faulty machine .four different people had a look and all said the same.(don't know) absolutely useless in the end walked out left all the paint in the trolley and went to wickes

We do not offer click and collect for this item. Available online only and not stocked in b&q. Poor service amazon / e bay then its easier

The store is well stocked for most DIY needs, staff are friendly and helpful. Myself and a friend went in to buy some wood for a DIY project and the staff were able to assist with what we needed. P.S. B&Q club (£5 voucher)

Very poor service went to rent rug doctor, nothing on B&Q website to say bring ID with you to rent so left empty handed no happy with service

Oh dear ...B & Q you need to train your staff in customer service and product information. I won't identify the gender or age of two of the staff members they weren't rude just lost you a sale due to lack of effort. I will order on.line I prefer to go into the store but not this store very poor customer service
