(GABBY) AVOID THIS PLACE. The girl called GABBY.wow what a miserable person. Instead of serving she will carry on chatting to her college. She never smiles and always gives you a look as if she canâ??t be bothered to put your bets on . This is all the time. And Iâ??m in there 3 times a week . Il take my business to LADBROOKS weâ??re the staff are polite friendly and welcoming. Iâ??d sack her she is distroying this shop

I used to go in this place for my lottery. have gone elsewhere now. What misserable staff they have working here. you approach the counter and ask for your service and the staff member doesn't say hello, thank you let alone even speak to you. One day the woman was eating and just continued to eat and not speak whilst she served me. The younger blonde haired lady who has served me once was very polite.
