This store is enormous and has a great variety of stuff. I needed heated food tray thing (from Tower) and they had one left which made my Christmas much easier.Staff were very friendly too and helpful.

Cashier totally ignored me at the till!!!(oldish lady) once she actually served me "no sorry for keeping you waiting"... on checking my bill had overcharged one of two items which were reduced... lack of interest in the customer...

Visited Monday pm. Store full of poor quality cushions and blankets it seemed. Too much Halloween tat. Long queue and slow check out with a bored looking assistant. When she called for extra till staff, staff member slowly sauntered up. It was an all round very poor shopping experience. I used to like the staff at Wilko, maybe they can be taken on instead now
