Absolutely disgusting customer service, walked in to be greeted by the cashier on the mobile phone, who could only pointed at me and not even ask me to please wait. This happened 4 times until I just turned around and walked out of the door.

We had our wedding do here at The Embassy in May. I cannot thank Lauren & all the team enough who helped to make our day special (big shout out to Mrs Dixon who made a big effort cleaning up for us) Nothing was too much trouble. Family stayed in the hotel & everyone was happy. The breakfast is the best we?ve ever had. I would recommend going to Gingers within the Embassy, the food is the best. I cannot recommend The Embassy enough if you?re thinking of having a celebration.

BP are as good a petrol station as almost any other. We all know how enormous the profits are from petrol sales (38 billion pounds in 2022!) so it's very hard to feel any love for this or any other petrol company.\\n\\nI try to support smaller independent petrol stations that are a few pence cheaper per litre.

I booked at The Embassy Hotel as I was attending a book fair in Hull. The hotel was on the outskirts of Hull and in reality a guest needs a car to get about. However, I checked out the local bus and discovered it was no problem getting about by public transport. My room was adequate for my needs, with a huge picture window. Breakfast was excellent, although I was stuck for an evening meal as the restaurant wasn't open at the weekends.

Terrible customer service!! Never again will I use a BP garage thanks to the experience in this place.!!!

Be careful, more than once they've added money onto the total without me realising, also charged a different price than what is on the shelf and don't always tell you the total. I've had out of date food too.

Stayed for one night whilst in Hull on business. The staff were very friendly and the check-in/out processes were very easy. The room was relatively modern, however it was a little scruffy. Bathroom could probably do with a refurb. Hot tap appeared to be broken and spat out some horrible coloured liquid when I used it. Had to sleep with the windows shut as the A63 was very noisy outside, even in the middle of the night - don?t think I?ve coped in warmer weather! Fire escape light above the door was very bright and right in my eye-line when I was in bed - made it difficult to get to sleep as I generally like darkness (something a bit less bright would be more appreciated). £40 for a one night stay was certainly not bad value for money and I would not wish to advise anyone against booking. Once I fell asleep, I did sleep well. Might be tempted to try somewhere else next time, however.

Everything was fantastic , the room the friendlyness of the staff and the food was top notch , wonderful warm welcome when we walked threw the door , me and the wife are already planning to go back , we just loved everything about this place and our stay . Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed following a friends birthday party in the hotel. The room was very basic but bed was comfortable enough. We had to get rid of a few hairs on the bed and in the bathroom and drew a line at sharing the soap that had been half used in the shower! You get what you pay for but the mouldy bathroom needs a bit of TLC.

We were lucky enough to choose this venue for our wedding reception. We had 120 guests, many of whom stayed at the hotel overnight. To date, I have not received one negative comment. Everything was organised to perfection, the room was impressive, and the food was nothing short of excellent. Although it was busy, no-one had to wait at the bar for long, and the bar was reasonably priced. Sarah and her team excelled themselves, and left us with wonderful memories of our day. On a separate note, some of our guest had their breakfast at the sister company, Gingers. Once again, all the reports I have had, have been excellent. Well done, The Embassy Hotel.
