“There is something fantastic about a busy shop that has lots of great products, such as made on the premises rolls and £1 packs of penny sweets but also Moose Juice and trendy gins, and friendly staff. From my visit I think the regular customers know they have a great local shop and I look forward to seeing what comes next.”

“Fantastic. Welcoming friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble . The Post Office staff are very knowledgeable and it really is a pleasure to shop here. So much easier than driving into the city centre to visit the bank.They even went out of their way to order in cigarettes that they didn't stock.”

“I absolutely love shopping in M& S food halls, the produce are amazing. Okay it may cost that little bit more but it's special, all from trusted farmers. The fresh chickens are guaranteed to be "welfare" reared and not the disgusting 15 day life birds. I find all the meat products to be of quality and you always seem to come across something that you can't find elsewhere. Then at the end of your shop you've got the delightful opportunity to experience the wonderful café, which should not be missed”

“Tescos is a really good brand and is really supportive of those with disabilities including Autism.This shop has a wide range of products for it's size and most prices are fair. It sells a relatively big free from range too. The bakery items are normally very fresh and consistently nice.The shop is accessible for wheelchair users and The staff are there to assist those with learning difficulties or anyone who is struggling. The isles are wide. The store looks clean and tidy.At least one security guard at this store are a bit power rich and stereotyping though. Last time I went in, I had forgotten to put my sunflower lanyard on. I was doing my regular routine and the security guard was stalking me around the shop. I wasn't doing anything wrong, I had just come in to get an ice cream after rugby and decided to see if there was anything else I fancied. I bet if I had been an elderly man instead of a young person, then it wouldn't have happened (stereotyped)! As a disabled adult, I felt intimidated and horrible, he was massive and scared me. If it happens again, I will be reporting it to Tesco. I hope he was just having a rough day. The security at other tesco stores, or any other place I've been in, have been kind, helpful and professional.I gave it 4/5 stars as whilst Security isn't tesco, any member of Tesco staff who was around could've helped get him away from me at any point. I was too scared to confront him myself due to his size.”

“A great supermarket.Great products at good prices.They have a good range of their own label products which are very good.They have great choice for vegetarians and pescatarians.There are self checkout tills as well as the counter that sells tobacco products that is staffedThere is good parking with disabled parking bays and easy access for people with mobility problems”

“The majority of the staff are pleasant friendly and helpful but there is one particular lady who seems to go out of her way to ignore you which is a shame because the others are lovely. The shop is always clean and well stocked”

“Perfect pit stop when I've dropped the kids off at college and need to buy milk or singing along those lines. They have self-service checkouts as well as traditional tills (thankfully!), and the disabled parking is a stones throw from the entrance. Good for reductions at the end of the day as well, and there is a cash machine on the building as well. I wouldn't do a big shop here though, unless I was limited and had to. It's just that bit pricier than the bigger stores.”

“Great for picking up Argos parcels now that there isn't an Argos at Springfield way shopping complex. Parking is good but gets busy so choose your time to collect or to do your shopping”

“I hated doing this... I went round the store late on. The lady at the checkout was really nice and understanding when I realised I didnt have my wallet.I had to leave the shopping. But when I got home I realised I could have paid with my phone on contactless. ... I now feel a bit of a dork. I added to her workload. But then maybe she should have mentioned paying by phone. But I'm not in any way blaming her!”

“I went in for a bag of ice to find there was none in the freezer. As I was leaving the shop I mentioned it to the staff and they went to look in the back of the shop for some and found 1 last bag. Happy days. The staff are brilliant in that wee shop.”

“Always has everything we need and some of the prices are very competitive considering its a convenience store.Pleasant and friendly staff, can be slow to be served sometimes as the parcel collection side is slightly disorganised. They could do with taking time to book items in with a stock number so they are easily found. Was waiting there one day for 20 minutes for them to locate my parcel.Otherwise, great shop, good stock, great people, good prices.”

“The shop is like most shops but is kept very clean very orderly and the one great thing that makes this shop different from others is the staff although the put up with a lot considering this they are always happy to help always so very polite i have left numerous important items in there shop and have never panicked as they are a very trust worthy staff overall good shop great staff”

“Excellent staff always going above and beyond. I visit this store everyday and the staff are always friendly with a smile on their faces! Even when its closing time they always stay open just to serve me! Excellent staff in the post office nothing is too much for them or the shop staff always willing to help it's a pleasure to shop in there daily!”

“I often visit the Fairfax avenue store, all of the staff inside are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help customers and are always very talkative and happy to serve they will always greet you with a smile even when they had just been receiving abuse from a customer who was ahead of the queue who had decided to drag their fat arse into the store and talk to the staff in a disgusting manor.To summarise, the shop has excellent employees but unfortunately for them the store seems to attract scum who think they should have a red carpet laid out for them upon entry.”

“This is a typical village shop, it try’s to cater for everyone’s needs. It has a great diversity, including food, wines and spirits, fuel and even everyday hardware.The staff are very friendly and often go out of their way to help, especially in this time of Covid-19, when they have delivered to people’s homes.”
