Asked me if I want a small or large roll, I went for large and got a bigger bun but same amount of sausages lol Cornish pasty was like dog food. Worst bakers I?ve been too. Should have went next door to Greggs. Asian guy that served me was useless too.

Best cheese straws and Cherry Dinish around, tbh its the same from all Cooplands, therefore my review will be same for all the ones i have visited, only thing that will change the review is staff and experience etc.Staff here are more than curteous and friendly.

Decent staff and availability but the cold sausage rolls tasted slimey. That's why I normally get warm ones from cooplands, even with fresh warm ones, it can be hit and miss. Every time I've seen them come out of the oven, there's been no quality checks before they're served to customers. Growing up, each and every one was perfect. Prices have also rocketed, but that's the same in most shops and buisnesses.As for disability awareness including autism, the staff are friendly and nice, however, some of the staff don't understand how some people need their food a certain way due to sensory issues. This results in some weird looks or phrases. It isn't that I'm picky, it's that I can't tolerate different textures.The shop is accessible for those with additional mobility needs.The staff deserve a 4/5 but the quality of their most popular food going downhill and not being improved earns it this rating. Whenever a fresh batch is out of the oven, they need to make sure the batch is at least edible. Maybe a bit extra disability awareness training also would be a bonus.

They have a brilliant selection of cakes, meat pie's, bread and bread rolls they only allow four people in the shop at any one time which makes you feel safe and you have to be social distancing and this is cooplands on holderness Road in hull
