Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks because they had lost our receipt, failed to read the order and gave me cream when I asked for none. The waiter asked if something was wrong while I was waiting, when I explained, he said I 'should have told him' but I shouldn't have to. Did give us extra chocolate though.

One of my favourite Costas. Lovely staff who are always really welcoming and open a little later than the others in Hull City Centre.
