“It's an ok place to shop, quite old fashioned. But you can find things in there that you struggle to find in some other stores. Never find the staff particularly friendly or pleasant.”

“Great value for money . Friendly staff.. A very good selection of products. Anything from A to Z. Furniture , Christmas decorations. Iceland section, craft products, garden section . Loads of different things. I think there are 16 different departments some may be seasonal. Always good deals on some things , cat food , cat litter etc . I spend hours here . Nice little cafe too . With some cakes to die for. Well worth a visit .”

“I went into the St Stephens, Hull Next store where I was helped by Vicki.I was looking for some trousers, Vicki suggested a certain style which I wouldn't have normally looked at, but I loved them. So much so, that I went back to purchase a second pair. I was again greeted by Vicki, who went above and beyond, looking for the different colours they came in. She ordered them for me online and said they would be in store the following day, Which they were.I felt Vicki went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful.I work in customer service and felt Vicki was friendly, honest and knew exactly what would suit me. “Came into St stephans store on 17th of july 2023, I brought my pram in because there was a fault to find out its actually a recall item, however Viki served us and went above and beyond to support us. We had no choice to get a new pram which Viki happily started setting the new pram up for us and it was a breathe of fresh air because me and my husband was stressing how we gunna carry a boxed pram and a 1 year old.
