Looked around several bed shops and this was by far the best. We purchased an ex display and it arrived within 3 days. We were served by James who was friendly and attentive, reduced the price and included several extras. Overall a fantastic offer and excellent service. Really happy with this place and our purchase!

I'm absolutely disappointed, I bought a mattress from this place and 4 months into sleeping on this matter it started to dip.\\nIt was a £600 memory foam mattress.\\nI'd followed instructions to turn my mattress as required.\\nBut unfortunately this did absolutely nothing.\\nI'd called them up to complain 4 month after me purchasing this mattress, covid had just started to break out and I'd literally just moved into my house.\\n\\nThey mentioned about me waiting until they could send someone to inspect the mattress, I said ok and waited.\\nThey eventually came after waiting a rather long time! Longer then a month waiting time.\\n\\nHe came and inspected the mattress, he sat on it and checked it over saying ahhh yes I can clearly see your problem...I also mentioned when my partner and i lay down on the mattress its basically completely uneven.\\nI end up sleeping what can only be described as a hill as the mattress dips down in the middle that much, making us literally fall /roll to the middle.\\n\\nThe inspector jotted down notes, saying verbally yes this mattress has definitely dipped, it's completely gone in the middle, I'll right this review as soon as I get back and I'll have this sorted for you both.\\nWe thanked the mattress inspector and was hopeful because we was sleeping so uncomfortably.\\nHe turned to us and said please sign this and I'll be on my way.\\nWe did so, off he went.\\nWhen my partner finally received the review his mouth dropped, ...basically the reviews said nothing about the sagging in the middle and everything was fine.\\nWe was horrified...they guy who did the inspection on our bed had completely lied...I was shocked thinking what do we do now???\\nWe called back the company to further complaint and sending emails..only for them to return again wasting more time to tell us theres nothing they can do and it's now not part of there company problem, the mattress inspector..and to call a different number now.\\nWe did and we was told we had to pay £60 to get our own mattress inspection to basically challenge their decision.\\n\\nI couldn't believe it. And by that point it was full lockdown. Nobody was coming to do a mattress inspection and we couldn't afford it anyway now because due to covid lockdown we'd lost our jobs and awaiting money from the government.\\n\\nThe whole thing was a nightmare and I've literally wasted my money.\\n\\nNo customer service, and if I had bought afurther guarantee that wouldn't of matterd due to the first inspection and his lies.\\n\\nThe worst part is we signed his paper, wich unfortunately was the review...hed hidden his actually reviews about our mattress and we thought we was just signing to say he'd visited. Because that's what he informed us.\\n\\nWe have completely been done over.\\nDue to everything going on I've waited to put this review, but I'm still going to report this to trading standards. I have all the emails and information I need to report this.\\nThey took way to long to take action and basically we've been lied too. Soon as I'm able I'm getting someone else to inspect my mattress And reporting straight away to trading standards.

Fantastic experience. We were welcomed by smilling staff and served by Gemma in Hull. Myself and my fiancee found the perfect mattress thanks to Gemma's advice and we look forward to our Tempur arriving friday. The store was clean and well presented. An overall brilliant store. Thank you.

Bought a bed frame from Dreams and was very happy with the set up for the pandemic - hand sanitizer on arrival, social distance markings and all staff wearing masks. Great selection of beds and frames, very knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant (James) and didn't feel pressured into buying. Delivery times were great and time slots that mean you're not stuck in all day!

Although the service from dreams is 5 star the company it self are a bit shocking.\\nI ordered 2 beds and the wheels and headboard bolts never come with the bed!!\\nSales reps are amazing. No pressure to buy. Friendly and offered drinks.

Gemma made us feel welcome the minute we walked into Dreams. She showed us a variety of mattresses and then allowed us to browse at leisure. She ordered our mattress with ease and made the experience very easy for us to chose the right mattress.
