My husband who has Alzheimer's couldn't ring his friends they just said he must have the wrong number or one had blocked him. I rang from my phone and got through to them. He had not been blocked, so he didn't get any satisfaction from them

Very poor customer service.Was told to wait 10 minutes to see a customer assistant.I waited over 30 minutes with no help in site.Then I tried to take a photo of the summer data offer but was told customers are not allowed to roam around the shop.This I was not going to do.I just wanted to know about the summer data offer but was refused Absolute joke of a shop.I will never go there again and plan to move data providers.

Took out a contract for 2 mobiles for me and my wife we was looked after by MIKE who was so professional looking after us and even after a slight problem with an app on the phone MIKE rang me and talked me through the problem all sorted now.this review is aimed at MIKE because he goes above and beyond ??BUT one of the staff called JAMES seriouly needs to go on a customer care course he is arrogant rude and a liar if we need to go into the store at anytime we will not be served by this person he has no customer skills at all??

Terrible customer service, the worst I have ever encountered. The staff at EE in general tell outright lies ( which I have proven ) they are extremely rude and unwilling to accept a customers report of network user experience. If you live in Hull I would advise you avoid this network, admittedly it once was one of if not the best in Hull, however, over the last 2 or 3 years it has fallen behind dramatically, it's own 4G is faster than it's own 5G, of which neither is exactly speedy ( in most Hull post codes ) and definitely not consistent. When you add the amount of time they block OEM updates for, as well as disabling the \\\"4G+\\\" icon on their ROM although they advertise CA ( or 4G+ ) as \\\"double speed\\\" and a reason to join EE, how would the average customer know when and where they're getting max data speeds. Considering how expensive EE payM is, along with the terrible customer service and mediocre signal, AVOID! You can definitely do better.
