Verry disappointed by the service provided, the brushes stop on halfway and just rub on the car, only the front of the car is washed,the back is washed outside little with the jet because the brushes don't do anything, the ones on the wheels don't even work on the left side anymore and the vertical dryer at the exit doesn't blow either.The brushes stop spinning, but the car is pulled onto the outside lane without cleaning itself a mess not a car wash!

Rubbish. I used an offer sent me by IMO with £2 off ultra hd wash. They do not scan your Rewards card now with £2 off.So how are you supposed to get a free wash without buying at the full price.May as well go to a road side wash.

Only gave it one star as I couldn't leave no stars. Its shocking, took my car for the triple wash and it looks worse then it did before I got it washed. Will never use them again, total waste of money.

Called this local IMO for enquiries and got this as answer: "Sorry, I don't speak English". Instantly deleted my account and got rid of the app. Why answer the phone in the first place if not knowing English for customer service for a company in England? Disappointed by this customer service.

unfortunately I have to put 1 star , last week I went to imo car wash on Clough Road and brushes scratched my car roof, u can clearly see the white lines along the roof where the brushes were spinning. it's so disappointing I was using that car wash for 3 years and never had any issues . Person who was there couldn't speak English aswell so I couldn't explain to him what happened...

If you like a automated car wash, this is the place for you. Good site with commercial vacuum cleaners. Nice facilities.
