Open hours are shocking. Closes at 3.30 Monday - Friday and it?s shut on a Saturday. Not suitable for those who work 9-5.

I advise against setting up an account in this bank, scammers discriminate against emigrants. You have to ask for your money transferred from Lloyds account to Lloyds account, it takes 7 days, and you have to come over to transfer the money, the second thing is sent from Poland, the money is paid, everything does not reach the account and after 5 days they are withdrawn, the cost of shipping is gone ... thieves advise against !!!

Some of the people are really helpful, friendly and competent others are the exact opposite. I was given wrong information several times and was poorly treated in what seem to me be due to my etnicity and poor accent, as a foreigner.

Worst Branch in UK absolute waste of time stood in line waiting to make a cash deposit - should take minutes, but nope! to quote Little Britain â??Computer says Noâ?
