This is the worst experience i had been in Pandora ever .... we when in this Luxe at 12:30 afternoon Sunday , there is 3 staff with no customer at all and we are looking for someone to help with the Pandora Bracelet service, 1st thing from the staff is no smile, not friendly and not very helpful at all ( is like i don't really care what you want about ).... the worst worst experience..... never ever go to Hull Pandora ever especially this shop .... Definitely not recommended ?

Went into the luxe store in st Stephens this morning,greeted by a lovely woman,she showed me the charms I wanted, I bought one double charm and two single ones, which she put on for me,and she moved my others so they were all together,not many spaces to fill now...so glad she put them on,as it took me ages to do mine.

I was bought an Olivia burton watch for Christmas, on Boxing Day I tried it on for the first time and straight away noticed scratches all over the stainless steel band. I took it straight back to the shop when they were open and was greeted with a very rude member of staff who said because I?d worn it she can?t accept it back, even though I hadn?t worn it I had simply tried it on and taken it off when I noticed the scratches. She basically told me it was tough because she was unable to sell it on with scratches on but I?m expected to keep it with scratches on. She wasn?t helpful at all.

Paid good money for a gold bracelet which snapped due to no fault of our own. Manager was extremely rude and conned us into not being able to get refunded. All other staff where extremely friendly and nice but about time they found a new manager
