Coming back from Castle Hill .thought we might pop in.. a bit peckish.Quite busy..Table was uncleaned..staff were wondering around doing nothing in particular...food was moderate at best...the highlight of the visit was a cigarette outside afterwards...in the pouring rain.Never been a massive fan of their food..but this...

Only ordered a burger and 4 people who all arrived after me got their food before I did. One of them had a tray full of food. No apology for having to wait so long. The chef said he cooked the burger but some how they managed to loose it.

Staff (Carolyn) had the most amazing service I have ever had from mcdonald’s she is happy and positive. She ensured we was happy with are order and treat us with such kindness, really made our day.
