We recently completely refitted bathrooms and a kitchen and found that Charlie Hogg at the Hull branch to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional in guiding us through the process. The whole process from design to delivery was stress free and the support and after sales service second to none. We found the quality of the products to be as good as those on offer at twice the price from other companies.

My favourite building merchants, they have a huge range of stock of anything you could need for that DIY project. There's a wonderful range of kitchen and bathroom units in their catalogues, samples are on display in the showroom. They have a larger display at another outlet which is only a five minute walk up the road. The staff are amazing willing to go to extremes to assist you in any way you require. Pricing structure is extremely fair your always ensured of a good deal

Deciding on a new kitchen can be a really stressful process but Garry MKM Evision kitchen designer made the process much easier and really enjoyable, even exciting.Garry was happy to work with both mine and my husbands taste, and put real effort into designing a kitchen that both myself and my husband love.This kitchen is practical for us storage wise as well as affordable and looks fabulous.Can't wait to see the finished product.Definitely will go back again.

We purchased our kitchen from MKM this summer, and couldn't be happier with it! The service provided by Charlie in the Showroom, especially with all of the help during design (we changed our mind more than a few times!). The quality of the kitchen, and the look of the final product is better than we could have imagined. The aftersales on the few issues we did have, has also been faultless.Would definitely recommend!

Good selection of kitchens and bathrooms. Was able to do ours up nicely by buying individual items and getting in a fitter but their full suites are expensive for what they are. Good staff and friendly kitchen designers

I had a problem with my old shower so needed a new one. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me really good advice and the new shower is excellent quality and quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere. They also do kitchens and other building supplies. I'm very pleased with the service. There is plenty of customer parking.

Customer service not great when you have a problem, no apologies or anything, just 'it is what it is' type of attitude. Company is just another franchise which means you have the usual problem of each branch creating it's own rules, lack of continuity across branches and head office seems to have no authority over branches to keep a standard. Website information inaccurate. Won't be opening an account now because if this is what the first impressions are like you can imagine what the service will be like. Perhaps my local branch is excellent but I guess I'll never find out!

Great initially, came to measure my bathroom took a week of chasing to get a quote and then absolute radio silence. Gave up and went elsewhere after calling so many times I?d memorised the number.
