Massive Building lots of choices..Good stock of Mens denims. Haven't had chance to look in every department so we will be coming back. It also has a Costa restaurant inside plus another on the outside.

Usually all the staff and coffee are good and warm all the times I visited previously. However, today the male staff member with dark hair was unfriendly at around 5pm making me not want to visit in the future. He spilt the coffee not apologising and had an unfriendly attitude. The coffee that was made by him was cold too. Very disappointing visit. I never ever review or complain ever but this experience has made me ruined my day. Also the temperature of the shop was so cold on a cold day too

I was sitting in my car waiting for the shop to open when an employee of next came along and told me to leave the car park, and then started taking photos of my car, which is against the law under GDPR legislation. She refused to stop when I asked her, and refused to delete the photos. Of course I left immediately but still have had no explanation of why I was asked to leave. I will be suing.

Visited for the Home selection. Good range of lights - the item we wanted wasn?t available but was ordered for next day delivery. Friendly, polite staff - nice touch having a Costa inside

So the staff at Next Costa Hull work hard. Really hard to keep up with the demand. The problem is Costa only run one coffee machine ie ONE barista at any time. They have two machines there but don't use both. The wait times are around easily 15 to 20 minutes and a table is not guaranteed. They need to expand into what is now Bath and Body works and employ more staff. It does get noisy ie babies but it's a coffee establishment. Tbh sick of the queue wait.

Absolute worst service.Was looking to purchase x2 suits today ready for a wedding at the weekend. Son was also hoping to buy a new jacket.16:20 approx and the customer service or support was none existent for us.X3 staff dealing with one customer at the checkout and another customer sounded like a million and one problems being served by another....And you wasn't even that busy!!!First person in que had to leave because they were taking so long (he was fuming) then after this customer I waited a while before deciding I'd be better off buying from elsewhere also fuming. Very poor from next and will definitely be avoiding in future.

They don't have people on the tills to deal with the fact 4 out of 5 people are returning online orders. So you are queuing for ages just because everyone spends 5 mins a time at the till.They opened a returns box at the door, but don't advertise it, there's no clear instructions or signage, and if you do want help, no one's around. So you just go get back in line like before.What makes people mad when shopping? Having to wait. All they have to do is priorities getting the queues down. Open al the tills for 5 mins, problem solved.Instead, you all scratching your head whilst you see 3 or 4 members of staff, hanging cloths. eh?
