Guy who served me was busy with another customer but he managed to serve us both at the same time which we all thought was great as he was multi tasking two collections ?? a dreaded 15 minute wait turned into 2 customers served in 5 minutes

Called in on Tues 4/5/2021 \\u0026 purchased a portable wifi dongal as I was going to do a zoom meeting but there was no internet connections in the area I was staying. Was shown the product by someone called Debbie who fitted the sim card in the Dongal and informed me it was all ready to go, upon my arrival back to where I was staying and fitting the dondal to my laptop (nothing) only a page stating I had run out data.(What???) Zoom meeting therefore missed. Called in the O2 shop in Brid with laptop the next day to explain problem a young man took the card the sim card came in and punched a few keys on his PC and said (there done) Apparently Debbie in Hull hadn't authorised or registered the sim.\\nThanks Debbie for making me miss the Zoom meeting.

O2 shop in Hull the lady that looked after me explains what I needed doing she did it and she was very nice very nice plus what she did did you watch it all me was correct so no problems at all very good try using the O2 shop

The staff do Not Allow customers to look at or view the product before purchasing. I went home with a new Xperia 1 11. It could not do what I wanted. So its been returned, contract ended, and A 1 +8 Pro, from elsewhere. ( note. When buying a home or car. You look around it or Drive it) But with Mobile phones. Nothing. Zero. Come on, All of you. Wake up and help your long term or, new customers.

i have been a customer at o2 since 2012.. and was fortunate to be introduced to guru paul shepherdson... over the years he has provided dedicated service and technical advice fixing my phone.. getting me better phone and contract deals.. paul is a great asset to o2 and the jameson street shop... extremely knowledgible about handsets and all technical aspects of mobile phones... it's great to get good after sales service.. was there recently and paul yet again helped sort out my phone.. several months back paul helped me sort out a better contract deal

Great customer service this afternoon (12/01/18) when I went in to buy my 95 year old dad a replacement 'pay as you go phone' after his old Nokia finally died.
New phone set up with old number, balance transferred and identified a more suitable tariff for someone who rarely uses his phone. Nokia 3310 looks to be a bit of bargain as well, might even get one myself as a second phone to my ridiculously expensive iPhone. Many thanks!
