As plumbers merchants go this one has become the best in the area since Joe Chatwin took over as manager, there very helpful and go out of there way for you which is important when running a business like mine. Gavin on the counter who has been there a long time is also very consistent and helpful

No one answers phones or counter.waiting time average of an hour . absolutely a joke for any one working.times money.etc and here times just wasted .get them more staff for god's sake.
