“I always have such a great experience when I pop into this local post office. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm always sorted within 5 mins or less once I've been seen, very prompt service by the staff here. Sometimes it can get busy at certain times of the day, but to me, it's never been a bother to wait since I know they're doing the best for each and every one of us as customers. There are only 2 tills here at this one, just so you know! Also, this is one of the ones that is an "Amazon Hub" - you can order your items on Amazon, and then have them delivered here to collect. Pretty handy service!”

They use a different till after certain times. So impressive thaa post office inside mccoll opens till 10 pm everyday from 6 pm except Sunday when it opens at 7 pm. ”

“The new change of staff has definitely improved the overall view of the post office for me. Beforehand the staff were insulting and even asking a specific question felt like you were putting them out of their way to do it. Whereas the new staff are a delight, happy to help and even have a laugh with. They still seem to want to help people rather than belittle them. Baring there only being two on, sometimes one during busy times, the queue quickly goes down.”
