Served by a super friendly staff member who was very accommodating of us being vegetarian, gave lots of advice on products and left feeling like we?d had a catch up with a friend- great service and great food thank you !

All I can say is plz sort out your drivers as I have paid for a delivery and it has been delivered to the wrong address it is not the first time this has happened when I quite clearly put my proper address

Fantastic friendly helpful staff, I have coeliac disease so need a strict gluten free diet, the staff made sure everything was cleaned down & clean gloves, to make sure of no contamination. Staff went above & beyond.

There was quite a queue inside but the staff where efficient. Good selection & the cappuccino was fab. Clean and well ventilated definitely recommend for a weekend lunch

Great food and service and considering I turned up shortly before closing. Place was clean, tidy, organised and covid precautions in place. I'll be making this my usual subway now. Recommended

One of the worst subway I have visited. So messy and food were mixed up. The first staff who served me doesn?t want to listen what we want. She want to throw two bread as she wasn?t listening I want asked for. So another person has to take over and get my order done. I even asking for one meal deal and one on its own and they charged me for two sandwiches on its own and coffee separately. Horrible service

Although it wasn't too busy, getting served seemed to take ages. Sandwich presentation wasn't good as we had to rewrap them in the car to stop the sandwiches falling out. The sandwich artists were more interested in their own conversations rather than serving the customers so we had to repeat our order a few times. When ordering the next item, we felt like it was a chore to order it and it was causing them a hassle. It wasn't a difficult order. Probably won't be returning.

Well firstly customer service didnt seem great on first impressions then ti witness a lady Make a meat sandwich (handled the meat with her hands) and without hesitation picked up all the vegan cheese to put some on a sandwich and put it back. The other lady working said she will need some new cheese if she touched it and blatantly said she didn't. To top it off is asked if they had any gluten free bread and got told with attiude "No there coming in on monday" like been vegan and gluten free wad a problem. I surely want be eating there as a vegan I find this disgusting! 12-5-21 at around 1pm

Honestly 10/10 place, Ordered via Just Eat and asked for a lot of Jalapenos and oh boy did they deliver. Truly an amazing example of great staff both via delivery orders and when going in. Always ask for the Jalapeno sub with added BMT
